5 years and counting..

Net de Gerrers was founded by Eduard Navarro in late 2013 to respond to the vast opportunities in real estate and private equity created by the Spanish economic crisis. Building on a foundation of investment experience and international background, Net de Gerrers embodies over fifteen years of careful planning and outlook, guided by a view towards long-term relative value investment.

Joined by a seasoned team of industry professionals sharing common values, Net de Gerrers made its first investment in late 2014, acquiring together with its founding capital partner Atocha 55, an emblematic residential building in the heart of Madrid.

Five years and counting, Net de Gerrers manages a portfolio of over 500 residential units in various stages of development in two primary investment strategies including real estate development and opportunity. Consolidating into a dynamic emerging investment manager, differentiated by specializing in cross-boarder investment and operational capacity in the Spanish speaking world, Net de Gerrers continues to grow empowered by a strong outlook including income producing real estate, as well as, economic infrastructure development in the transport, energy, water, and telecommunications sectors for Iberia LATAM.
