The global dislocations attributable to COVID-19 have had profound economic and social consequences throughout Spain. In response to these unprecedented challenges, NdG has developed ATCA - an innovative investment fund designed to capitalize upon the recovery opportunities within the Spanish territories connected by the Mediterranean Corridor.

ATCA is a €300 million investment vehicle, which will enable qualified investors to participate in the renewal and sustainable growth of Spain’s most economically vibrant region which is the center of Spanish entrepreneurship and private sector innovation.

This region, which comprises the territories of the Community of Valencia, Aragon, the Balearic Islands, Catalonia and the Region of Murcia, is home to 15.7 million inhabitants and 1.19 million companies. The region’s €560 million GDP represents an impressive 40% of Spain’s total.

As an investment platform, ATCA will serve as a social-economic alliance between investors and the emerging growth companies which are foundational to the region’s future prosperity. Furthermore, it will provide a channel for qualified investors to allocate capital to best-of-breed companies that are on the forefront of their respective industries.

Importantly, ATCA will capture the exceptional returns typically attributable to innovative early-stage companies in high growth economic sectors. Investor commitments to these companies will capitalize upon compellingly unique opportunity-sets and will contribute to Spain’s pathway to economic recovery.
