Eduard Navarro is the founder and CEO of Net de Gerrers. He is a global investor and a recognized urbanist, who is dedicated to the principles of developing cities, which are open to people of every background and are designed to maximize their collective human capital potential.

Prior to Net de Gerrers, Eduard founded a development company in Atlanta and New York that pursued large master planned developments. In this capacity, he achieved complex re-zonings based upon the principles of sustainable and environmentally friendly urban projects. Eduard was affiliated subsequently with EMAAR Properties, the leading property developer in the Middle East. In Saudi Arabia, EMAAR was responsible for planning master-planned communities, and Eduard was tasked with the development of ten square kilometer property adjacent to Norman Foster’s new high-speed rail station in the Gulf’s largest planned city, KAEC.

A native of Valencia, Eduard grew-up in the United States. He completed his undergraduate studies Summa Cum Laude at Georgia Tech in Atlanta and L‘Ecol d’Architecture de la Villette en Paris. Later, at Columbia University in the City of New York, with Bernard Tschumi as Dean, Eduard studied both urbanism and finance. He graduated with a Masters of Architecture and Masters of Real Estate with a focus on finance.

Regina de Miguel - Director Legal & Compliance

Regina has supervisory and managerial oversight responsibility for NdG’s legal and compliance department. She also helps in the Human Resources area and coordinates the firm’s divestments. Regina has twenty years of Legal and Human Resources experience and has held executive positions with Spanish development and construction companies. She holds a Law degree; a Masters degree in Business Legal Advice; a Masters degree in Urban Planning from the University of Valencia; and a post-graduate degree in Human Resources from the IESE Business School of the University of Navarra.


Sergio Vera Sanz - Director Corporate Finance

Sergio is the firm’s corporate financial director and oversees all fiscal reporting and accounting matters for NdG’s invested companies as well as the firm’s various investment funds. He is also responsible for the management of the firm’s treasury and banking operations. Sergio holds an executive MBA from the CEU Cardenal Herrera University as well as a Masters in Auditing Accounts. He has been awarded several international auditing titles, including NIAS and IFRS. He has extensive experience in international auditing with both domestic and multinational companies. Prior to NdG, Sergio worked as a financial manager in the headquarters of a U.S. food company with global operations in Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America.

Arabella Navarro - Director Capital Services

Arabella has been with the firm since its inception in the real estate investment sector analyzing and investing in multi-asset portfolios, she has a track record in complex deal structures within multiple country investment vehicles, real estate management, financial planning and financing negotiations. Over the last four years, Arabella has increasingly taken the lead in project negotiations and capital raising initiatives, which has naturally led her to the position as principle for capital services. Previously, Arabella practiced law in the United States, focusing on corporate transactions involving entity reorganizations, liquidations, and estate law. Arabella holds a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the Mississippi College School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Georgia State University. Arabella is a licensed attorney and an active member of the Georgia Bar Association.


John Scott - Head Of Institutional Investments

John Scott is the Head of Institutional Investments and is responsible for NdG’s client relations in North America. He has a background in international business development and investor relations with global asset management and investment banking firms.

For ten years, John was in London with Morgan Stanley building out the firm’s international equity capital markets group as well as securing global investment advisory mandates. Upon returning to the States, he was a member of the UBS executive team, which was tasked with establishing the bank’s international research and trading business with U.S. institutions allocating capital to the international equity markets.

He subsequently served as a managing director at Geometry Group, an investment advisory firm that was founded by several former Morgan Stanley partners and had $1.3 billion AuM. More recently, he was the Head of Business Development and Product Strategy for Toronto Dominion’s Institutional Investment Advisory Group and a member of the Investment Policy Committee.

John has a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Maryland and has attended the Investment Strategies and Portfolio Management Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Ignacio Jiménez de Laiglesia - SENIOR DIRECTOR REAL ESTATE

Ignacio “Nacho” Jiménez has been building, developing, and leading real estate projects in Spain since 1985. He has executive responsibility for the real estate investment portfolio at Net de Gerrers and supervises all the firm’s projects. In conjunction with NdG’s CEO, he also coordinates the acquisition strategies for new properties.

Prior to joining NdG, Nacho founded the real estate consulting firm, “Jimenez de Laiglesia, Estrategia y Negociacion de Inmuebles.” For twenty years as the leading agency in Valencia, his firm served banks, insurance companies, developers and investment funds. In this capacity, he took part in some of the region’s largest transactions of shopping centers, office buildings, assisted living communities, and multifamily residential properties.

As a member of a family, which has been dedicated to real estate construction and development for four generations, Ignacio has a deep understanding of Spain’s property market and an extensive network of industry relationships. He has led important urban development projects for the transformation of Valencia’s waterfront as well as the development of Portosenso, the residential and resort project in Altea.

Nacho is a graduate of Harvard University’s Advanced Management Development Program (AMDP) in Real Estate and holds a Law Degree from the University of Valencia. He is a graduate of Centro Estudios Universitarios San Pablo and has attended the Advanced Management Program in Business Administration at IESE, Navarra University.

As the founder of AMDP at Catholic University of Valencia, he was the program director for seven terms and has taught courses on negotiation and finance. Nacho is also the founder and a director of Valencia’s branch of the Urban Land Institute, which is dedicated to providing global leadership for responsible land use and the creation of sustainable communities.



Joan has over twenty years of experience in real estate project management. He has served as an investment project analyst at INMOBILIARIA JINMENEZ DE LAIGLESIA, and was the Coordinator of the Real Estate Development Management Program for seven terms at the Catholic University of Valencia. Subsequently, Joan was a Managing Director at ENSANCHE URBANO, an urban developer of the province of Castelló, which owns important land assets in the northern area of the Province.

Joan has an MBA from the Escuela Superior de Técnicas Empresariales Aplicadas, ESTEMA, which is known today as the Universidad Europea de Valencia. He has been awarded an Executive Master´s by the Progress and Management Association (APD), the Real Estate Development Management Program (PDDI) by the Catholic University of Valencia, and the International Masters in Appraisal Engineering and Appraisal from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. His studies also include: Corporate Finance at INEDE; real estate at IESE (University of Navarra); and urban law at the Center for Financial Studies (CEF). In addition, he is a member of the Royal Institution Of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) .

Juan Horno - Director Construction & Infrastructure

Juan has an extensive track record as a contractor in multiple countries, working primarily in the development of roads, railways, and housing amongst others. He has served in various operations and construction supervisory roles in both domestic and foreign markets. He managed a construction portfolio as CEO with projects totalling €300M in one year.


Fernando Pijoan - Director Development & Infrastructure

Fernando is responsible for managing the Infrastructures team, and brings to the firm executive experience in real estate development, project management, financial services, as well as travel and tourism. Fernando has an extensive operational background in: business development; market research and entry analysis; project identification and assessment; and financial modeling. During the course of his career, he has been involved in projects in a variety of global markets to include: Western Europe (Spain and the United Kingdom); Central and Eastern Europe (Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, and Romania); Latin America (Brazil, Mexico, Chile, and Argentina); North Africa (Morocco).

Zaloa Quevedo - Director Ventures

Zaloa has a breadth of international financial services experience. She has served as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs seeking financing and advice in the formulation of their business plans. Prior to joining NdG, Zaloa worked on M&A assignments for KPMG and V4 Financial Partners in Madrid, and also served as a Financial Director with Iberostar in Mexico.

She has further experience working in Private Banking with Merrill Lynch in London and New York. Zaloa received an MBA from IESE Business School (Barcelona) and a BA from Saint Louis University (U.S.). She also has postgraduate studies in Corporate Finance at IESE Business School in Madrid. She is a dedicated to social causes and has volunteered at several NGOs and foundations in Spain and Latin America.


Ben Thomas - Director Ventures

Ben is responsible for evaluating, acquiring, and developing ventures and growth projects. He brings to the firm a proven track record of depth-charging brand and digital marketing strategies for a variety of businesses to include: B2B and B2C startups as well as venture capital-funded businesses. As a marketing and startup leader for the past ten years, he has worked closely with the founders of large VC incubator firms, media agencies, and multiple startups to implement best practices for go-to-market and growth marketing initiatives.

Prior to this he co-founded and built a digital media start up company- leading a team of programmers, designers, artists and content producers to create Audiozoo and TheFlex entertainment platform, which was acquired by the Milestone PLC Group in 2008.

ENRIQUE LUCAS ROMANI currently serves as a member of NdG’s advisory board. He is the formerCEO of Beta Capital and the founding partner of Nordkapp Inversiones SVB SA. In these executive positions, he was responsible for building each firm’s asset management and securities administration businesses.In addition, Enrique established the communications company, Ediciones Plaza S.L., a prominent digital media company dedicated to business news in the state of Valencia. He has served as a director for several telecommunications and engineering companies and is a long-standing member of the Valencian Association of Entrepreneurs (AVE). He is also the founder and former chair of SANTANGEL, the regional association for investment managers. Enrique holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from University of Valencia.
